1. Eligibility & User Agreement

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements

  • Agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to refuse access or terminate accounts if we suspect misuse, false representation, or policy violations.

2. Description of Services

HotFx provides tools and services for educational and informational purposes, including:

  • Forex, Gold, and Crypto trading signals

  • Copy trading setup and execution support

  • Trading bots (EAs) designed for automation and testing

  • Market analysis, strategy tips, and risk calculators

  • Exclusive offers via broker partnerships (e.g., VT Markets)

Services are offered via both subscription plans (Basic, Pro, Premium) and Free access through verified broker account funding.

3. Educational Purpose & Risk Disclosure

4. Account Access & Verification

Some features (e.g., VIP access) are granted when a user opens a live trading account through our partner brokers using our referral/IB link and deposits the required minimum (e.g., $500).

Verification may include:

  • Trading account number

  • Screenshot or proof of deposit

  • Email or Telegram communication for verification

False, fraudulent, or duplicate claims will be rejected.

5. Copy Trading & EA Usage

HotFx may assist in setting up copy trading services and EAs. However:

  • Execution depends on broker/server performance

  • We do not guarantee profits, uptime, or exact replication

  • You are fully responsible for monitoring your own trading account

  • EA performance may vary based on market conditions

We are not liable for any trading loss due to slippage, latency, EA bugs, or platform-related issues.

6. Licensing & Intellectual Property

All EAs, signals, visuals, and educational material provided are the intellectual property of HotFx unless stated otherwise.

You may not:

  • Share, resell, or distribute our EAs or signals

  • Republish content from our website or member areas

  • Bypass licensing systems or attempt unauthorized access

Violation may lead to account suspension, legal action, and permanent ban from all services.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products and services, we do not offer refunds once:

  • Signals have been delivered

  • EA licenses have been issued

  • A plan period has started (monthly or lifetime)

Exceptions may be reviewed case-by-case in the event of technical errors, not personal trading losses.

8. Performance and Losses

All trading strategies involve risk. While we aim to provide high-quality signals and tools, HotFx does not guarantee performance or profitability. Trading results will vary between individuals depending on market conditions, execution speed, broker spreads, and risk management.

9. Fair Use & Termination

We reserve the right to limit or revoke access to any user if we detect:

  • Misuse, harassment, or abuse

  • Signal redistribution or unauthorized EA sharing

  • Use of fake accounts or multiple free access attempts

  • Any activity deemed harmful to our platform or reputation

10. Third-Party Links and Brokers

Our website may link to third-party sites, including partner brokers like VT Markets. We are not responsible for their terms, privacy policies, or services.

By signing up with a broker through our referral, you acknowledge that:

  • We may earn commissions or rebates

  • Broker support and trading conditions are governed by their terms

  • You are responsible for managing your broker account

11. Limitation of Liability

HotFx, its team, or affiliates will not be held liable for:

  • Trading losses incurred using our services

  • EA performance under live market conditions

  • Downtime, delays, or technical interruptions

  • Decisions based on content or analysis on our site

Your use of any service is at your own discretion and risk.

12. Privacy and Data Use

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We never sell your data and only share limited information with brokers for verification when necessary.

13. Governing Law
